Hello! We are Joe and Nicole Holland and we are so excited to share our journey with you and tell you WHY we started Vineyard Dream Realty.
Over a decade ago, we came to Martha’s Vineyard on a day trip as a new family of 3 and immediately knew we wanted to spend more time on this magical island. After six amazing summers and 2 more children we decided to sell our suburban house in Massachusetts, leave everything we knew and chase our DREAM. We now call Martha’s Vineyard home and we still pinch ourselves everyday.
With our extensive background in real estate, our intimate knowledge of the island and its amazing community- we are here to make your Vineyard Dream come true.
