About Nicole Holland

Over the past decade, Nicole has acquired a vast amount of experience in property management with her husband, owning and renting investment properties. She has over a decade of experience in business management specializing in merchandising and marketing. Nicole also has her degree in business management. Nicole strives for perfection and has an eye for the little details- setting her apart from others.

 

Nicole started summering on the Vineyard after her first son was born almost 10 years ago. After 6 amazing summers and 2 more children, Nicole and her husband made their dream a reality and moved to Martha’s Vineyard around 4 years ago. With three young children involved in the community, Nicole knows the ins and outs of the island. She loves to share her story and journey on Instagram, which allows her to reach her friends and family near and far.

 

Nicole and her family love to explore the island and find new dreamy spots all the time. As an avid runner, running 26.2 miles around the island, Nicole has seen many magical places. Something she often says is “the best part of living here is being allowed the opportunity to explore a new place everyday”.

 

Nicole's work ethics exceed expectations and leaves nothing undone. With her passion in real estate and client relations she will go above and beyond to help her clients feel like they are number one and make their Vineyard dreams come true, whether it's buying or selling on beautiful Martha's Vineyard.

 

In addition to being a mother and a Realtor, Nicole has a passion for fundraising for the Martha’s Vineyard community.  As the Fundraising Chair for 2022 MVYH board Nicole successfully ran the 33rd annual MVYH Golf Tournament. In 2023, she is honored to be on the Island Autism board where she plans to use my fundraising skills and make a substantial impact for the children of Island autism. Nicole firmly believes that if you can dream it, you can make it happen.
