About Nicole Holland

Over the last decade, Nicole has amassed extensive experience in property management, working alongside her husband to own and rent investment properties. This venture complements her over ten years of expertise in business management, with a focus on merchandising and marketing. Holding a degree in business management, Nicole is renowned for her pursuit of perfection and her keen eye for detail, traits that distinguish her in her field.

 

Nicole began her journey on Martha’s Vineyard after the birth of her first son nearly 14 years ago. Following six memorable summers and the addition of two more children, Nicole and her husband fulfilled their dream by relocating to the island full-time. With her three children actively participating in the community, Nicole has gained an intimate knowledge of the island's nuances. She enjoys sharing her experiences and journey on Instagram, which helps her stay connected with friends and family, no matter where they are.

 

Nicole and her family delight in discovering new enchanting spots around the island. As an avid runner, she has traversed 26.2 miles around the island, uncovering many of its magical places. Nicole often expresses, “the best part of living here is being allowed the opportunity to explore a new place every day.”

 

Nicole's work ethic consistently exceeds expectations, ensuring that no detail is left unattended. Her passion for real estate and client relations drives her to go above and beyond for her clients, helping them realize their dreams of buying or selling on the picturesque Martha’s Vineyard.

 

In addition to her roles as a mother and Realtor, Nicole is deeply committed to fundraising for the Martha’s Vineyard community. As the Fundraising Chair for the 2022 MVYH board, she successfully organized the 33rd annual MVYH Golf Tournament. In 2023, Nicole joined the Island Autism board, leveraging her fundraising acumen to host the inaugural Island Autism Charity Gala, raising over $70,000.

 

Nicole firmly believes in the power of dreams, stating, “if you can dream it, you can make it happen.” Her dedication to community and unwavering belief in the potential for change underscore her commitment to making a difference on Martha’s Vineyard.
