About Joe Holland

Meet the Broker- Joe Holland. Joe is madly in-love with Martha’s Vineyard and real estate, making owning his own brokerage an absolute dream of his. Joe has experience in investment properties, project management, care taking and sales. In addition to having a passion for real estate, Joe has an endless passion for tennis and is able to live out another dream job in the summer as the Director of Tennis at an island club. This job allowed him the opportunity to call Martha’s Vineyard home while meeting amazing people on the tennis courts.

 

Joe loves spending time with his family. Joe and his wife, Nicole have 3 young children who they cherish. The family spends time exploring the island, playing tennis, skiing, golfing, running, hiking and spending Sunday afternoons at the beach.

 

With the right plan and team, Joe believes anything is possible. Joe is positive, loyal , ambitious and committed to his career in real estate and making his clients happy whether they are buying or selling on beautiful Martha's Vineyard.
